Ellis Ward, when the tools go quiet

Portrait of the fictional narrator Ellis Ward

Ellis Ward

Zafirelmon records the imagined after-shift outings of Ellis Ward, a boat mechanic who takes a patched skiff through a fictional Australian harbour. Its visual language comes from workbenches, rivets, copper light and water after rain.

The launch reports are original fiction inspired by the larger-than-life fishing world of Big Bass. Ellis is a character, the workshop is a setting, and the drawings are storytelling props. They are not service manuals or real navigation charts.

Browse the reports, keep a local reading list and assemble a fictional rig in the workshop puzzle. This independent site offers no gambling, paid entries, products, repairs or monetary rewards.
