Dockets held by the operator
A workshop docket contains the contact name, email address, subject and message supplied through the form. The server adds a creation time and identifier after saving it. The record is for the operator’s review and is not an email delivery receipt.

Saved launch reports and the storage-notice preference live in this browser. Bench Match uses temporary page state and does not store scores. This website has no advertising tracker, analytics integration or external social embed.
Record maintenance
No automatic retention period is configured for contact dockets. They stay in the site’s storage until removed by the operator. Use Contact for a request to correct or delete a record and include its reference if available. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive details.
Routine safeguards
The handler uses a temporary hash of the network address to throttle repeated requests. Separate hosting access logs may be maintained as normal server operations. We do not sell docket contents or publish them as customer endorsements.
